The facts page can be accessed via the monitor menu:

The facts page lists all facts for all hosts using orcharhino’s configuration management to report such facts:
Clicking the Export button allows you to export all facts to a
.csv file which might look as follows:

In essence, facts are preset variables collecting a large range of system information. Examples include mount points, BIOS vendor, IP addresses, and Ruby version. These variables can then be used as part of your configuration management.
Facts are a core mechanism of Puppet.
