Recurring Logics

The recurring logics page can be accessed via the monitor menu:

Monitor > Recurring Logics

The recurring logics page is a part of the tasks plugin. The recurring logic feature is also used by orcharhino’s remote execution features. For more information, see configuring and setting up remote jobs in the Managing Hosts guide.

A recurring logic defines a task that is scheduled to be run on a regular basis. The recurring logic creates a task instance for each run.

Remote execution jobs (which are always run as a task) can make use of the recurring logic feature to define recurring jobs. When recurring jobs have been set up, they will be listed on the recurring logics page. The listing will provide basic information, e.g. the time the next run is scheduled for.
