Red Hat Repositories

The Red Hat repositories page can be accessed via the content menu:

Content > Red Hat Repositories

The Red Hat repositories page forms a part of orcharhino’s content management.

The Red Hat repositories page is only useful for Red Hat customers. Red Hat customers must first import a Red Hat manifest that is to be obtained from Red Hat. Once the Red Hat manifest has been imported to orcharhino, the Red Hat repositories page will allow you to enable Red Hat repositories for use through orcharhino.

Enabling a Red Hat Repository

To enable a Red Hat repository, navigate to Content > Red Hat Repositories.

Enabling a Red Hat repository within orcharhino
  • The search bar (1) filters the list of Red Hat repositories on the left.

  • Enable repositories by dragging them to the right side (2).

This concludes importing the Red Hat manifest and enabling its repositories. These Red Hat repositories can be consumed as any other repository within orcharhino.

Synchronizing a Red Hat Repository

After enabling the Red Hat repositories, it makes sense to also synchronize them now or to set up a sync plan to do so in the future.

To synchronize content, navigate to Content > Products and select one of the products you’ve enabled:
