ATIX Support
ATIX AG provides support for orcharhino. You can use the ATIX Service Portal to interact with ATIX AG Support. Within the ATIX Service Portal, you can open orcharhino support tickets, submit bug reports, or make feature requests. You can also browse the orcharhino Knowledge Base within the ATIX Service Portal to see if there is already a solution for any issues you may have.
Using the ATIX Service Portal requires a customer login.
We will send you the needed account details at the beginning of your subscription period.
If you forgot your password, you can reset it directly on the start page of the ATIX Service Portal.

Installing SOS report
You can create SOS reports on orcharhino to collect debugging information.

On your orcharhino Server or orcharhino Proxy Server, install
sos
:$ dnf install sos

Run
sos help
to verify that SOS has been installed on your orcharhino.
Generating SOS reports
You can run sos report
on your orcharhino to collect configuration, usage, log, and debugging information.

If you want to encrypt your SOS report by using a GPG keypair, you require a GPG keypair on your orcharhino. For more information, see Generating a new keypair on gnupg.org or similar documentation to create GPG keypairs.

Ensure that you have installed
gnupg2
andpinentry
on your orcharhino.

On your orcharhino Server or orcharhino Proxy Server, create a debugging report.

Create an SOS report without encryption:
$ sos report
-
Create an SOS report encrypted by using a passphrase:
$ sos report --encrypt-pass "My_Passphrase"
By default, this will result in a GPG symmetrically encrypted SOS report using the AES256 cipher.

Create an SOS report encrypted by using a GPG public key:
$ sos report --encrypt-key "My_GPG_Public_Key"
This requires a GPG keypair on your orcharhino. You can view all available key pairs by running
gpg --list-keys
.By default, this will result in a GPG asymmetrically encrypted SOS report using 3072 bit RSA.

Run
sos report --help
to view all options to create the debugging output.
Providing SOS report to ATIX AG Support
When you open a support request with ATIX AG, Support may ask you to provide a system report.
You can run sos report
on your orcharhino to collect and upload configuration, usage, log, and debugging information.

Ensure that you have installed
gnupg2
andpinentry
on your orcharhino.

On your orcharhino Server or orcharhino Proxy Server, create a debugging report and automatically upload it to ATIX AG Support.

Create and upload an SOS report encrypted by using a passphrase:
$ sos report \ --encrypt-pass "My_Passphrase" \ --upload

Create an SOS report and manually upload it to ATIX AG Support:

Create an SOS report encrypted by using a passphrase:
$ sos report --encrypt-pass "My_Passphrase"

Upload the SOS report to ATIX AG Support.

It complements this documentation and includes articles that do not fit well within the structure of this documentation.
